Mr. Seyfe Asrade Atnafie, Vice dean for student affairs. He earned BSc in Pharmacy from University of Gondar in 2008; Master of Science in Pharmacology from Addis Ababa University in 2012; HDP Certificate from University of Gondar in 2014.

Training and workshop participation: Participated in different trainings, including a short course on Leadership, management and Governance prepared by Mekelle University, Ethiopia and Basic molecular techniques relevant to cancer research prepared by ICMR, India. He has also taken a Trainer of trainee certificate on life skill training and Problem based Learning (PBL). He trained fresh man college students on basic life skills for three consecutive years.

Service/work experience: He has served as a department head, PBL (Problem based learning), Team Training program (TTP), Pharmacology Laboratory and Medical education coordinator in Wollo university and University of Gondar, for a total of about 12 years. Moreover, he has served as a primary advisor or co-advisor for undergraduate and graduate pharmacy/pharmacology students.

Research Interest: Interested in drug related and clinical researches;

Publications: He has 18 research publications in peer –reviewed international journals (https://orcid.org/0000-0002-8262-0590);

Grants Received/Completed: He has received and completed 4 research grants from local institutions.

Conference Paper Presentations: He has attended several local and international conferences

conferences and presented 2 (two) papers.
